Well, it has been almost two weeks since my last blog update. Which kind of runs counter to the notion of a blog, where you can respond on an hour by hour basis to the events of the day. But when there are no events, well, then, what is one to respond to?
No news is good news, and better yet, no chews is good chews. The Ellie Bean hasn't destroyed anything in weeks (knock on wood), but she did leave a chew toy underfoot yesterday, and I took a dramatic header and am suffering from various bruises and scrapes.
Other than that, it's been a lazy langorous summer, consistently green, occasionally rainy, only rarely reaching into the nineties. I believe there is an expedition to Blue Mountain Lake in the offing, but my LangNet Bandwidth is only so broad. I do think that Ellie will like the Lake!
