Just For the Record

I am not obsessed with Maria Sharapova.

...But I could be...

BlogSpot is Acting Very Strangely

I just realized that Every Shot I take is a PowerShot. Maria Sharapova, once again I do your evil bidding. But I don't see myself ever buying a Tag Heuer... Not for Tiger, not even for you... If I ever go way upscale on the timepiece front, it'll be Patek Phillipe pour moi. But I don't think that's ever going to happen.

I'm not sure what's going on. I try to add pictures to this post, then I get error messages, then the picture turns up. OK. Above is Buttermilk Falls, PowerShot yesterday. I hope Maria approves of the topspin I applied to my PowerShot.
OK, I'm goint to see if, somehow, my flower picture got uploaded sucessfully. Wish me luck. Nope. Let's try this again... Alright. BlogSpot insists on putting it at the top, and doesn't seem to understand Copy and Paste. Now, they're kind enough to host this blog for free, so I can't be too harsh on them, but c'mon, Copy & Paste isn't a lot to ask, is it??? Anyway, the dumb flower PowerShot (hee hee Flower Power Shot) was taken just outside the front door and is intended to demonstrate that something distantly resembling Spring is happening here.

I could go take another picture of The Sweetie, but it's cloudy and the light is dim (I'm working at home today) so you'll have to settle for Buttermilk and a tulip. Or whatever that red thing is. To me, the important thing is that it's red. It's not white. It's not grey. It's red.

Alright, now the top image is the view from BlogSpot Central. The light parts are the window and the computer monitor. The dark parts are everything else. I need to read the rest of the camera manual - I believe I can control things like exposure and shutter speed. I mean, hell, we're talking PowerShot here. I just need to better understand The Power. I think I need an on-site consulation with Maria.

Sunday

No News is Good News, I Guess

An absolutely uneventful week.

The non-adventures continue.
